Available Services

SME Design and Implementation services in all modules of Deltek Costpoint, including the development of workflows, and redesign of account structures, including the integration with other software.  This service can be for individual modules or a full ERP implementation.

Process design drives the compliance with regulations.  It requires analysis of existing processes, determination of best practices, alignment with contractual, government regulation and stakeholder requirements and implementation of new risk mitigating processes with documentation outlining process design and internal control objectives.

Training can be provided in any module of Costpoint.  This can include basic functionality or detailed configuration and design processes.  This can be invaluable in organizations where there is no opportunity to transition work due to employment terminations.

Project Management includes the management of the planning, strategic resourcing, financial management and change management for the implementation of software and process solutions with a focus on execution, risk mitigation and accountability.

Support services of Costpoint, staff augmentation requirements and staff coverage, both short-term and long-term.  This service can include Costpoint security management, Controllership, financial planning or any other administrative or management function.

Indirect Cost Pool Design  includes building of initial cost pools for organizations that have never filed Incurred Cost Submissions and redesign of cost pool for new fringe, overhead, intermediate pools, G&A and new material handling pool requirements for contract and proposal needs.
